It is not possible to receive ayurvedic massage in the following case:

during the menstruation period

hemorrhoids

varicose veins
The day after an ayurvedic massage it is important to:

avoid any working lunch or lunch/dinner with lot of friends

it is recommended to have light food and go to sleep early

It is forbidden to eat the following food: yogurt, raw vegetables, any fried food, industrial food and frozen food, coffee, alcool, freezing beverage.
Recommended food: any kinde of soup, broth, rice, cooked vegetables and hot beverage.
